UKWMO BRUNDALL FOR SALE

NOW UNDER OFFER – THOUGH KEEP AN EYE ON THIS IN CASE THE ESALE FALLS THROUGH

The Nuclear Bunker Phenomenon at Unique Property Bulletin

For some reason that we don’t completely understand, here at Unique Property Bulletin, we have another owner of an underground UKWMO Royal Ordnance Corps (ROS) bunker asking if we can help them sell their hole in the ground. Albeit a very strong hole. Our IT guru reckons the significant number of these bunkers that sell through our website is to do with internet algorithms and the fact that when we feature one of these unusual underground abodes, 10,000 preppers (here) and subterranean sanctuary seekers click our page.

This big bang in our visitor numbers gives the respective Google ranking such a seismic nudge, that anyone looking for “underground bunker for sale” will see this website either at the all of the top six result spaces or our Bulletin responsible for feature placed with the BBC fas an example (here)! All we know is these mole-hole houses are very popular on this website. If you have one for sale, please text us on: 0757 2768 795 as we have a fair few buyers looking to make your acquaintance with a decent amount of cash. Meanwhile, here is the latest UKWMO ROC bunker for you to consider, with our compliments.

UKWMO Nuclear Bunker Brundall, Norfolk, East Anglia

Going down. Approximately 15 feet below the surface is an underground abode…

UKWMO Brundall, Norwich, Norfolk

Today is exactly 80 years since World War 2 broke out. By the end of that horrendous period in history, the nuclear bomb age had dawned.

Whatever problems we think we have today and during the current UK/EU raging debate, we are still a very long ways off of what our grandparents and great-grandparents must have worried about that fateful day on 3rd September 1939.

UKWMO Stations Were Built In The Last Century. Different Times. Unfathomable Horror.

Here in 2019, maybe we are a lot better off than the current newspapers might have us fear. Earlier this year, the founder of this website received a bang on the head when a CalMac crew member on the ferry to Arran left hazard out on the deck. Russ fell backwards over the item and got a bang to the head against the steel hull of the ship. Unfortunately, that deteriorated over the next few hours and resulted in emergency hospitalisation for a traumatic brain injury which has taken half a year to repair. For several months our other Unique Property Bulletin team members have been updating this website whilst the old fella recovers. On being alerted to the latest bunker owner seeking help our boss said:-

“There is no way I could or would leave my family and crawl down a hole like that to scratch out a few extra months and die in a big luxury coffin room whilst my family were incinerated above ground. In those circumstances I would wish to remain with my family and friends in the last of the fresh air. If we go in a nuclear war, we go together”.

He then put this photograph and words on his Facebook timeline. It is the loch at Noss Head Lighthouse Station where Unique Property Bulletin and the publication’s property club had a great adventure in 2018…

There are a large number of folk interested in UKWMO bunkers. The team here at Unique Property Bulletin wish them luck. But for many, the option of living in a nuclear bunker, especially the generation that lived through the 1960s where they had nuclear drills at primary school, the thought of dying underground without family beside them is utterly unbearable…

Growing Up At Primary School In The 1960s

Official survival advice from being burnt alive?

Go hide under a desk!

Great protection when 23,000 tons of TNT is dropped on your head.

The nightmares of friends and family being burnt appear to last a lifetime. The old man’s kid brother was dying in a burns ward at hospital in the 1960s during these trauma inducing atomic war drills and tests at school. So when we speak to him about these nuclear bunkers, he goes a bit quiet.

Official UK Nuclear Bomb Protection From The 1960s.

Kind of difficult sometimes to enthuse about these places.

But we promised to help the owner sell his place, so here we are.

The Old Chapel, Ingleby Arncliffe, Northallerton, North Yorkshire DL6 3LY

Guide: £425,000

We featured a converted chapel a few weeks ago and have had quite a lot of interest which surprises us a little as these are fairly utilitarian structures. Though pretty in their own way. The owner of this new offering in Northallerton has made a beautiful job of the conversion into a

Inner Sanctum Conversion, Devon

5 Bedroom, Detached House For Sale

Guide: £799,000

Here is an amazing conversion from utilitarian structure to a highly efficient eco-home with air source heat pumps, air circulation units and underfloor heating throughout. The property has been insulated to a high specification. Added to which, there are green roof and embankment walls.

Inner Sanctum, Fore Street, Bere Alston, Yelverton, Devon PL20 7AB

A feature of this property is the enclosed internal quadrangle providing ultimate privacy and brings daylight flooding into the rest of the home. But when you drive up to the front door the secret sanctuary behind this unassuming entrance and garage is a delight hid from sight.

Inner Sanctum, Fore Street, Bere Alston, Yelverton, Devon PL20 7AB

The internal, private quadrangle garden is a prime design feature of this house. The scale and design wonders that lay behind the gentle, undulating grass-covered embankments are almost worthy of a location spotter to commend this as a candidate to feature in the next 007 instalment of that iconic film franchise.

East Anglian Chapel in Great Snoring

Guide: £375,000

This is a former chapel, converted to provide three bedrooms with the master abode having an ensuite.

The Loke, Fakenham Road, Great Snoring, Norfolk, NR21 0HQ

The Unique Property Club just bid to buy a similar church and we were endeavouring to explain one of the best ways of resolving the issue of putting a second storey into the existing structure. Particularly in a way that does not spoil, or at least minimises the impact in relation to the vaulted high ceilings. This cosy chapel solves that dilemma with style. To the upper left of this photograph, you can see two bedrooms with what is, in effect an inside Juliet Balcony (here). A nice feature.

Unique Property Bulletin has seen several converted chapels over the decades, but this one has a charm about it. A good honest and clean conversion with sympathy to the original function of this space. The folk that completed this project are to be commended.

Unique Property Bulletin – Earlier Addition: 14th August 2019

Converted Water Tower For Sale, Lancashire

Guide Price £375,000

Floors 3 + 4 + 5, Plus Lift & Stair Access.

Water Tower, Pinfold Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 2AZ

The current owner of this water tower bought it in 2011 and has invested a great amount of time, money and energy into this unique property conversion project. It has been a labour of love.

Water Tower, Pinfold Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 2AZ

From our perspective here at Unique Property Bulletin, it is fascinating to study how the owner has added a passenger lift and stairway – with style. This makes it possible for you to own the 3 bedroom apartment on three floors.

Water Tower, Pinfold Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 2AZ

An all important passenger lift has been installed.

The water tower flat is luxurious. Though as our own publication is in the middle of a major building renovation, what jumps off of the page is the luxury that the water tower owner has completed all the hard work for you. Getting the architect drawings sorted out. Overcoming the stair/lift access issues without ending up with thighs like superman or legmaster heroine super-hero from a Marvel movie. Getting the planning permission would have been “interesting”. Then the major conversion, with all trades onsite: builders, joiners, scaffolders, roofers, cladders, electricians, plumbers decorators etc. Uniquely for most builds is the purchase and installation of an actual lift!

Water Tower, Pinfold Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 2AZ

Indeed to the volunteer crew here at Unique Property Bulletin, were this water tower nearer to our regional HQ in Carnoustie, we would be making the owner an offer as the three bedroom penthouse can readily be converted into a two bed with a home-study. In today’s world of internet business, we have learnt the hard way that the world wide web is very powerful. This publication is having to be deliberately kept on a quieter level until we complete our “Angels’ Share” project and create an annuity to underwrite employee staff wages. This publication is a prime example of the accidental successes that begin in the spare bedroom, garage, or in the cast of this water tower, a home-study.

Water Tower, Pinfold Road, Ormskirk, Lancashire, L39 2AZ

Back to the narrative of this listing. The current owner bought the shell in 2011 and has dedicated himself to making this a genuinely unique home. We commend him on a top quality and simply amazing outcome.

There is a lounge, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There would also appear to be an extra bit of space above which you might like to chat to the owner about as that has some interesting potential! The standard of work is high and whoever buys this towering project will have a genuinely unique home ready to move into.

The owner has managed to retain a great amount of the space inside the tower by adding an external staircase and passenger lift. A style that is understated but definitely is now within the DNA of this once empty tired redundant tower.
