Please note, each building we renovate has a either separate ownership company with a completely different shareholder base, or is the sole and main residence of the individual (or couple) concrned.

=> The total of the various buildings within our Argyll Group Private Equity network (formerly Argyll Group plc) as at 31 December 2021 equates to £3,727,402 and contingency reserve annuity property of £1,410,811.

=> Hence £4 invested by the subscribers into the Old Coastguard Station in 1985 grew the directors’ and subscribers unique homes into £400,000 by 1999. This evolution of unique homes owned and occupied by our key officers and subscribers now exceed £4,000,000 as at 2022.

The Unique Property Bulletin Ltd and companies directed by Russell McLean and David Rutherford do NOT have any mortgages. We BAN mortgages due to a friend committing debt-suicide in 1996 (subsequent charity registered: click here).
