Please Do More Than Just Go To The Gym?

This Publication Has Something That May Help You

This is an unusual note, but our entire website began in the 1980s/1990s as a way to help improve two health issues (mainly relieve PTSD, but also help keep morale up following spinal surgery).

The amazing thing is that when a 4am bout of PTSD flashbacks shock our MD awake, the coping-mechanism (a couple of hours at the keyboard), albeit at daft-o-clock in the morning, actually does help. Akin to a really bad migraine, the headache, or in this case, the PTSD gently reduces and is manageable.

Now, 35 years later, a similar way to help keep disability and/or challenging health issues might just make sense and may well be an idea for YOU to chat with your doctor about well before you get old and a bit wrecked like our Dino~Sore~Russ.

For the sake of a £25 blood pressure monitor, you may save a lot of health problems arising in your older years…

Our MD Has To Check His Blood Pressure To Avoid Another Stroke

In 2019, the first stroke was caused by being hit onthe head from a 5,000 ton car ferry (so described by a wonderful consultant neurosurgeon with a wicked sense of humour).

The second stroke was caused by a malfeasant utility company and the stroke survivor being “on hold” for 2 hours a day, across a whole week, whilst in a “hypertensive” blood pressure state.

The most shocking thing on the admission to the A&E hospital stroke ward were the number of young people in the ward.

Many folk expect a stroke ward to be full of old people. It ain’t.

On our MD’s admission, 30% of the stroke ward had folk under the age of 30 in it. Even the parents huddled around the hospital beds were young!

Is there something that can be done to help reduce the number of young folk getting strokes?

Yes, there is a way to help prevent strokes in younger people…

Test Your Blood Pressure Daily

If It Is Too High, Then Meditate And/Or Medicate ~ Under Strict medical Supervision

Just checking your blood pressure daily, and perhaps after a very stressful event (the hypertensive crisis screenshot at the top of this page was caused by a utility company double charging on bills for years and refusing to address the matter… knowingly double charging on the utility bills – and not remedying the problem!

The fact this was being done with such brazen disregard for corporate honesty and the bill payer being a former police officer injured trying to stop thieves ended up with a sort of truth detector! The blood pressure doesn’t lie. There is evidently a problem with this utility customer as evidenced in the screenshot at the top of this page.

Whereas what SHOULD appear for our stroke-survivor and also YOU as a younger person is this normal set of blood pressure readings…

Normal Blood Pressure Readings

.

You do not need to be old and/or a stroke-survivor to look after your health.

In fact the whole crew of 11 volunteers believe that YOU would be wise to ask your doctor whether it is a good idea for YOU to keep an eye on your own blood pressure.

Surely it is far better to spend £25 on a blood pressure meter and check yourself once a day, from your 20s and 30s, rather than wait until your arteries have hardened, or the stress of modern day (malfunctioning) utility companies come close to killing you off.

& Need To Take This Medication

Many folk spend a fortune and a lot of their time at the gym. Surely, going a little bit extra for your health and checking your blood pressure is where it should be, is a good idea?
