In these instances of alleged ultra vires fines and unlawful threats of imprisonment in an incredibly similar, nascent scandal as happened with the Post Office IT miscarriages of justice – amongst the worst in British history according to one prime minister, the question needs to be asked…
Why would any person in the UK risk huge fines and imprisonment to create jobs and help raise taxes for the Government?
It may be too much to expect a “thank you” for creating 232 jobs.
But when new Registers such as Andrew “Andy” King send threats of large fines and prison to stroke survivors and their families… and he then uses the judiciary as a tool of threat by scattering paper documents like lethal confetti, telling directors who cannot navigate his feckless, impenetrable “Verify-ID” system that the directors who have fallen foul of Andy Kings unworkable, malfunctioning system face jail time.
This Registrar is evidently not coping well with what appears a poisoned chalice job…
Invent a new computer system to verify ID.
The new system is riddled with coding bugs and by the evidence of many trade professionals representing accountants, lawyers and company directors, Mr King has a defective ID system that is unfit for purpose.
Never mind the disabled directors, they don’t matter.
Mr King has the gaul to virtue signal his “support” for the disabled by featuring a wheelchair user at the top of his social media feed.
But he forgot that one disabled director has a case against Companies House that was “settled” by the appointment of a “disabled-director-liaison-officer.”
What is the term utilised when someone ignores a court order?
Putting the pesky disabled directors to one side, Mr King’s stewardship of Companies House states that his (defective) “Verify-ID” system will help create jobs when all he is factually doing is killing off jobs and for that matter, killing off stroke surviving directors too.
Shame on whoever is allowing this bourach to continue.

It is now a demonstrable fact that the discredited Companies House “Verify-ID” system HAS cost people their jobs and is set to cost thousands of lost jobs to the UK economy.
Rather than risk the lives of stroke survivors (and breach HM Court Orders on this matter), perhaps the new Registrar might consider deploying a TRIED AND TESTED “Verify-ID” system coded and built by PROFESSIONALS ~ BEFORE launching the bug-infested, badly coded Companies House HTML soup disaster on real world companies….

A. Counsel have now reviewed the case files and the results of my conversations with Sheriff Clerk at Forfar and crucially with Police Scotland.

She advises Royal Assent is likely by Autumn and it will do a lot of the heavy lifting to remedy the mess at Companies House.
B. Much though I am keen to help repair the dispute, especially after 35 years of gold-standard service from Companies House, the information that came from the Companies House employee in terms of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 makes rapprochement under the current Registrar incredibly challenging.
C. The consultant neurologist just read the riot act to me, in as gentle a way as she could…
After the recent TIA symptoms, she advises a complete ban from all email accounts. The trigger was the 29,000-follower + 3,500,000-viewer avalanche from our socials.
But the corroborated/photographed/witnessed sphygmomanometer readings during Companies House nightmare efforts to verify did verifiable damage.
D. The Catch-22 “Verify-ID” nightmare from Companies House and being FORCED to resign as a company director because I am disabled and the new Registrar has ignored the Order signed at Forfar Sheriff Court, means there is overwhelming evidence for you know what at Companies House… and the Public Office (Accountability) Bill will mean a much more efficient way to remedy this horrendous mess.
E. Given the fact that the email avalanche and the Pavlovian response to that wretched, malfunctioning “Verify-ID” issue, the consultant neurosurgeon says there is a very risky any further hypertensive crisis, as proven by the daily photo logs, will result in a full blown stroke. There are, of course no guarantees of further recovery or lucky escapes.
F. So for the time being, I think we stop all works on the current projects.
G. To ameliorate and illustrate… Alan lives in Stalybridge & Hyde ~ he is keen to expedite the concerns to his local MP Jonathan Reynolds, the line manager above Andrew King. I’ve found a polite and well reasoned discussion usually helps. The optics for both Mr Reynolds and Mr Burnham may be focussed given the repeat of the dentists surgery we built from an empty shop in John Swinney’s constituency. This may seem a bit “random” but constituents do move their votes more easily and for the life of me, I struggle to understand a politician who is actively killing off jobs that we have created for free.
So for now, the notes ingathered below that are needing triaged can sit where they are.
David, thank goodness you got through that diabolical “Verify-ID” system. It does look like our companies are legally safe for the time being. Whether or not we scale-up the jobs created since our own social media went to 29,000/3,610,000 I do not know.
In fact, given the senior neurologist’s wise words, it really is time for this old cart horse to retire… well semi-retire with just a few words mangled on our social media each day or two.

Notes for counsel… urgently requested due to ultra vires threats from Companies House Registrar….
These following elements have yet to be triaged.
The director, forced to resign due to being disabled and as a result of the Companies House Registrar reneging on an earlier promise to maintain a “disabled director liaison officer” has meant a high pressure rush on information.
Fortunately, the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar and the officers at Police Scotland are taking this alleged failure by the current/new Registrar and his alleged failures at “VERIFY-ID” seriously.

Companies House have tried to build an IT system that verifies the identity of company directors.
Companies House current Registrar has failed.
Here is the result of distress caused when the managing director of one limited company, Russ McLean has to resign.
Why?
Because Companies House reneged on their promise to the Sheriff (Scottish term for a judge) given, by the Companies House solicitor that Companies House, as part of their settlement to Mr McLean and his job-creating companies, would appoint a “Disabled Director Liaison Officer.”

Why Should Companies House Bother
With Disabled Directors?
Well firstly because it is the law in terms of the Equality Act 2010.
Secondly, because the previous Registrar, an honourable, decent, humane and LAW ABIDING person called Louise Smyth CBE promised the judge at Forfar Sheriff Court she would appoint a “Disabled Directors Liaison Officer.”
Thirdly, this fromer police officer did NOT want to sponge off of the State. So in 1997, he sent the DHSS a (non means tested) Disability Living Allowance benefit book he had been awarded after receiving spinal injury during his service as a police officer.
That and other UNCLAIMED benefits have, according to the company book keeper, SAVED the State £282,000 in benefits the government have NOT had to pay out.
In Addition 232 New Jobs Created
Rather than just waste a life watching daytime television, with help from friends, this disabled company director has this legacy, according to the company book keeper…
