As is protocol with the vast majority of our buildings, the insulation is a paramount requirement.

This includes the Unique Property Bulletin website founder’s own home, Keeper’s Cabin at Noss Head Lighthouse Station in 2017.

Sadly, within a few months of completion, the pandemic started.

Added to earlier injuries and the decision was taken to place Keeper’s Cabin up for sale so that the managing director of Unique Property Bulletin could live much closer to family in Carnoustie.

However, it may be helpful to see what it means to “insulate” a lighthouse building…
