The doctor and also the consultant neurosurgeon are insisting that I resile from any further communication with these rogue traders. You may recall the GP (Carnoustie Surgery) and the consultant neurosurgeon asked me to take and record my blood pressur 4 times a day (starting last August 2025). I got into the habit of photographing the results.
My Advocate (Scottish barrister) advises that these are quite damming to the Defender (and where possible when “hypertensive crisis” occurs, to get a friend or neighbour in and witness a couple more blood pressure readings). Then in fairness to the Accused and/or Defender, I should have the lowest readings recorded for evidence to Police Scotland and/or civil proceedings HM Court at Forfar.
