Underground Bunker – Now Sold!

With recent events (President Trump and North Korea), we have had several thousand extra website clicks and page views on our ROC UKWMO underground nuclear bunker pages. All of the UKWMO bunkers we have listed on our site in the past months, years and decades have been successfully sold, usually within a few weeks of being featured. Even though we are NOT an estate agency, this 100% sale result might account for why the owners of these unusual places get in touch with Unique Property Bulletin to ask if we can help sell theirs.

One such UKWMO owner got in touch with us directly a couple of weeks ago and asked us to help him sell his subterranean real estate. This bunker is known as ROC UKWMO Burscough. Well world events must be setting some folk off, as within 7 days this bunker has sold.

Here at Unique Property Bulletin HQ we would prefer to be quickly vapourised, rather than live the end of days without beloved family and stuck underneath the ground in what is effectively a comfortable coffin with a kettle. Happy Days!

Indeed, anyone thinking these old UKWMO bunkers may offer refuge from a multi megaton nuke might like to ponder the world map on that nice Mr Putin’s office wall.

It is likely to have big red crosses marked on all the locations of these UKWMO bases and the co-ordinates plumbed into the various rockets at his disposal. Though an assumption President Putin might be the trigger is very unfair. He is qualified economist and whatever else the worldwide commentariat might suggest, the Russian leader is a very intelligent man of proven ability and one of the last people on Earth to set of a nuclear war.

Of all the candidates to press big red buttons, we would bet a million pounds it will not be Mr Putin. Meanwhile Donald J. Trump and the North Korean leader look to have twitchier trigger fingers. If we lose the bet and Vladimir does end up starting WW3, you can reach us at the big hole in the ground by John O’Groats to collect your winnings!
