Auction Guide: £100,000-

The Old Grammar School,

Manchester M24 6BR

We absolutely love this building and the half acre grounds.

^^ The Old Grammar School ^^

Boarshaw Road, Middleton, Manchester M24 6BR.

Guided At £100,000

In fact one of our crew would be bidding had the boss here not had a bang on the head! We are currently limited to a one to two hour radius around Dundee. Not easy when we are halfway through our masterplan to live in Southern France or Gibraltar for 3 months each winter buy spending the big Unique Property nest-egg of 11 hotels (here). So what is for sale at this bargain guide price of £100,000? An Old School with  Big Heart for Weddings…

There appear to be TWO parts to this building. Here at Unique property bulletin, we would be inclined to eek Planning Permission for a residential dwelling in part of the more modern looking part and KEEP the commerical unit.

There is a significant move towards folk working from or near to their home ever since we all experienced the covid pandemic.

Our own theory is that many people realised how much time they are wasting on commuting. Even half an hour’s drive from home to work in the morning and the same in the evening adds up to 16,425 wasted hours of a 45 year working lifespan. That is 684 FULL 24 hour days of your life sitting in a car and all too often sitting in a crap festival like this…
