Nuclear Bunkers

 Underground Nuclear Bunkers

You may have noticed that here at the Unique property bulletin we have spent the last decade or so in collating information about various types of property that are up for sale – or otherwise just genuinely interesting – however if you have an interest in one specific type of property, it can be hard to locate the pertinent information from our vast and dispersed back catalogue.

We recognise this and are starting the mammoth process to categorise and re-publish each entry individually, which we hope that you will find of use.

Any feedback is always appreciated, please use our contact page

Thanks

In August this year we featured this underground UKWMO RoC bunker for sale, exclusively via Unique Property Bulletin (here and here).

It has now been sold, but we have found a high demand for these, especially in the London and Home Counties area and are appealing to owners who might be minded to sell their bunker bedroom, to get in touch with us and we can introduce you to several willing and able buyers (here).

Whatever the reason for interest when one of these structures comes up for sale, we get a real buzz in featuring them. We’ve also noticed if you Google “UKWMO nuclear bunker for sale” this website is starting to gravitate to occupy the top three results on mainstream internet searches. Even the fourth spot in a national newspaper originates from the Bulletin (here). So in a way, we can welcome you to UKWMO Central – a place to buy and sell old mole homes for underground dwellers.

The enthusiasm we have for the current Kent UKWMO for sale is that the owner has restored it to as near original condition as possible. So much so, that he has had museum open days for people curious to see one of these properties that dwell fifteen or so feet underground.

Contact Page

Making CONTACT with Unique Property Bulletin… This website is run by VOLUNTEERS and is a not-for-profit organisation.

So our services are free for you to use. We would warmly appreciate it if folk remain aware we are all volunteers here. Thank you.

We do make best efforts to ensure the phones + texts + WhatsApp etc., are always answered.

Though our major irritant is when those other MASSIVE COMPANIES (you may guess their names (SSE plc)) deploy their robot answering systems. These annoying devices utter the usual tripe: “Your call is important to us, so please go ‘on-hold’ for an hour or two wasting your time (because we have not employed enough staff), blah, blah.” Instead, our VOLUNTEERS here physically carry the MAIN phone for this website in shifts so we DO make reasonable efforts to answer your call as it genuinely IS important to us. Though sometimes if the duty-volunteer is driving a car, your call may go temporarily unanswered. Ideally if you then TEXT us we will reply to you as soon as we can.

Our CONTACT details in full, can be found by just CLICKING your mouse on the photo above this text.

As for the poke at SSE plc? They took £19,428.46 out of this website’s bank account for a £198 monthly electricity bill’s direct-debit. Then SSE plc put us “on hold” for 3 hours. We FINALLY got through and asked SSE plc to return our money! Instead they took ANOTHER £19,428.46 the next month!

Total taken by SSE plc ~ £38,856.92.

Would that ruin your day?

Worse! SSE plc bosses are so incompetent there was another 3 hours “on-hold” followed by 2 more hours “on-hold.” Little wonder our stroke-survivor editor had a second stroke following the last marathon call to SSE plc trying to get this website’s money returned!

Doubt us? Just Google “SSE plc” and “Trustpilot”. Better still, please NEVER, ever, ever give your business to SSE plc. Thanks.
