OLD 2017 HEADLINES
During September 2017 we have changed the Unique Property Bulletin TO a slimmer, more internet friendly version. This has regular unique property updates every few days (eventually daily). These are now featured ON THE FRONT PAGE. We will include the regular Feature Articles with increasing frequency, once we have our new offices and employed staff up and running. For now the volunteers are concentrating on getting the new home of the Bulletin bought and paid for – with a HUGE amount of goodwill and support from our property-club members. Example of An UKWMO Bunker Sold Via Unique Property Bulletin
For some reason we get plenty of bunkers to sell.
A short while ago we had an interesting chat with Mr George Harrison from The Sun newspaper about the huge and current popularity of ROC UKWMO underground nuclear bunker monitoring posts. George has been very kind and courteous in linking relevant source material back to Unique Property Bulletin. However, our website has gone a bit wobbly because of the large numbers visiting!
The Long Way Down – But What Accommodation Lurks Below?
Much appreciation to George for the name check and we anticipate the peak demand of visitors will abate soon and things will get back to normal with Bulletin download speeds as they should be. Though the fact so many folk are looking at these diminutive mole holes says a lot about the state of society and politics at this time.

For those Unique Property Bulletin readers unaware of these nuclear mole-holes, they are an enigma to us. What use do they now serve?
One of the owner’s of an UKWMO bunker that we helped to sell a while back answered a prescient question: What can you use these for? He had a young family and they camped on the site with a tent at weekends and holidays. If it rained, then the kids went below ground to the warm and dry bunker and had many great adventures over the years.

SUMMER BULLETIN
Hot Picks & News Clips
Reasons
After 25 years, 5 years and 4 years respectively, our three Bulletin volunteers are approaching burnout because of the large numbers of folk visiting this website. It is good so many people use our facility. To remedy the problem we are taking on 3 part-time staff members. This will help return the Unique Property Bulletin back to it’s normal self.
At this time, the three volunteers are having to cope with literally hundreds of telephone calls following a recent social media viral thing. Again this is good. But we ask readers to cut us a little slack until we get things back onto an even keel.
In addition, our Unique Property CLUB members have just spent almost a third of a million pounds on amazing projects – primarily the magnificent 39 acres estate and several buildings at the Noss Head Lighthouse compound. Many interesting things from that adventure will help the Bulletin to grow after this temporary few months sabbatical. For the time being, our three volunteers are needing to spend quite a bit of time up at the lighthouses and other projects. These three endeavours are a significant undertaking and are consuming much free time that we have. No complaints. It’s great. But more than once each volunteer, in turn has almost fallen asleep at the keyboard come 2am in the morning and only ¾ of the day’s emails have been answered!
So for a short while, we are simplifying the format of what you are reading here.
For the summer and until we get an Assistant Editor and a couple of staffers/freelancers in place, we will be running the site in an empirical format.
In essence, each Bulletin will include: a unique property photograph, a price and a weblink to the seller/estate agent.
